The kitchen is off from the lounge and has been well equipped with gas hob/oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, hoover, washing machine and dish washer. The dining area provides ample seating around a large table which completes the kitchen/diner. The oak beams and granite features give much character to this room.
The stairs from the lounge lead to a small landing, two large bedrooms each with ensuite. The main bedroom consists of one comfortable king size bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedroom chairs - the ensuite provides bath, toilet, hand basin and shower. The other bedroom has three single 3ft beds and a third bed if required, fitted wardrobe, and dressing table. En-suite with toilet hand basin shower and bidet. Both bedrooms are carpeted.

There is a gravelled area in front of the farmhouse where you may park. The garden area is to the front of the building, garden tables, chairs and barbecue provided. Swings and outdoor table tennis. Electric and gas for all hot water and kitchen appliances are included in the rent. Portable gas heater available if required, gas bottle obtainable at supermarkets. Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels if you do not wish to hire the linen. Kingsize duvet cover is needed. Linen Hire the cost of hire is 11 euros for a
double and 9 euros for single per week, Towels 12 euros per
set/stay.Please note: no fresh linen change between 2 week stays.
